The goal is straightforward: keep the ball suspended at the top of the transparent chamber for as long as possible during both inhalation and exhalation. This visual feedback makes it easy to stay motivated.

Instructions for Use

Follow these simple instructions

1. Hold the Breath Builder firmly in your hand with the tube and holes facing upwards.

2. Place your lips firmly over the inhale-exhale tube.

3. Take a deep breath, completely filling your lungs and expanding your stomach.

4. Blow hard into the tube until the ball inside rises to the top.

5. Once the ball is at the very top of the cylinder immediately inhale hard enough to keep the ball at the top of the cylinder.

Cleaning Instructions

Cleaning:

Consider the Breath Builder as you would a prized musical instrument and handle it with care.

Daily cleaning with lukewarm water and mild soap is recommended. The upper cap can be removed to

allow easy cleaning of all parts. Once washed rinse with cold water, shake off any excess water and wipe

down with a clean dry cloth. Once dry, reassemble and store the Breath Builder somewhere safe and dry.
