I've only just got a powerbreathe plus light and smart adaptor. I bought it because I've been really poorly with asthma this year and I don't want to go through this again.

So far I'm finding it all easy to use and I have to say I'm glad I invested in the smart adaptor as it really helps to check if you are doing it right, and compare progress.
