September 2023 sees the launch of a new series of brand videos for POWERbreathe, published on the brand’s YouTube channel. They include guidance on the correct breathing technique for our IMT and EMT devices, as well as, a brand video explaining ‘What Is POWERbreathe?’.
As a result of research showing that expiratory muscle fatigue occurs in the same way as inspiratory muscle fatigue, we used our expertise in inspiratory muscle training (IMT) to develop our new drug-free series of four, expiratory muscle training (EMT) devices – and launched the POWERbreathe EX1.
