Most healthy adults can ‘lift’ a maximum load of between 75 and 120 ‘centimetres of water’ (cmH2O) which is what pressure is measured in.
Optimum training is usually carried out at half of this load, so between 37 and 60. A light Classic or Plus goes up to 90 and 98 respectively so it is unlikely that most users will ever reach the top of the Light model.
We therefore recommend the Light model will be suitable for most users.
The Heavy is only recommended for the few elite athletes who get to the top of a Medium.
