Another big thank you to Levete Dorogi for this video in which he combines POWERbreathe with Indian Club swinging to improve breathing strength and stamina while also increasing shoulder, elbow and wrist mobility, and strengthening and conditioning the upper body. While swinging the clubs in the upward motion the chest expands, which, when combined with POWERbreathe, really helps work your inspiratory muscles.
