This intermediate 30-minute workout tones and strengthens all of your abdominal muscles with core stability exercises for improved muscle tone in your mid section. The ActiBreathe Core Stability Ball is incorporated into the exercises, and postural and core training benefits are intensified by the use of POWERbreathe at specific times throughout the workout. This medium intensity 30-minute workout targets your upper body, legs and butt. Combined with POWERbreathe it also strengthens your breathing muscles to improve your stamina.
