The Workouts:


This 30-minute, low impact, medium intensity cardio-conditioning workout includes POWERbreathe respiratory fitness training. The ActiBreathe CardioCurve Workout is specifically designed to maximise cardio conditioning to improve aerobic fitness, calorie burn and resistance to fatigue. Includes specific warm up, cool down and techniques sections to ensure an optimal training experience.


This intermediate 30-minute workout tones and strengthens all of your abdominal muscles with core stability exercises for improved muscle tone in your mid section. The ActiBreathe Core Stability Ball is incorporated into the exercises, and postural and core training benefits are intensified by the use of POWERbreathe at specific times throughout the workout. Includes specific warm up, cool down and techniques sections to ensure an optimal training experience.


This medium intensity 30-minute workout targets your upper body, legs and butt. Combined with POWERbreathe it also strengthens your breathing muscles to improve your stamina. MuscleMix includes a cardio workout to boost your metabolism and calorie burn and incorporates the ActiBreathe resistance band.
Includes specific warm up, cool down and techniques sections to ensure an optimal training experience.
