The ActiBreathe MuscleMix Programme includes everything you need to increase muscle tone, strength and endurance.

This focused muscle conditioning programme includes a targeted workout set to energising music and all the workout accessories required to get the most from the programme, including POWERbreathe, which adds a new dimension to the workout, increasing your breathing strength and stamina.

The ActiBreathe MuscleMix Workout is guided by Jon Trevor, ActiBreathe expert and celebrity trainer.

MuscleMix Workout:

This medium intensity 30-minute workout targets your upper body, legs and butt. Combined with POWERbreathe it also strengthens your breathing muscles to improve your stamina. MuscleMix includes a cardio workout to boost your metabolism and calorie burn and incorporates the ActiBreathe resistance band.
Includes specific warm up, cool down and techniques sections to ensure an optimal training experience.
