This focused cardio conditioning programme includes a targeted workout set to energising music and POWERbreathe, which adds a new dimension to the workout, increasing your breathing strength and stamina.

The ActiBreathe CardioCurve Workout is guided by Jon Trevor, ActiBreathe expert and celebrity trainer.


This 30-minute, low impact, medium intensity cardio-conditioning workout includes POWERbreathe respiratory fitness training. The ActiBreathe CardioCurve Workout is specifically designed to maximise cardio conditioning to improve aerobic fitness, calorie burn and resistance to fatigue. Includes specific warm up, cool down and techniques sections to ensure an optimal training experience.
