The ActiBreathe CardioCurve Workout is a focused cardio conditioning workout, set to energising music, that will help you build cardiovascular endurance and aerobic fitness. The additional use of the POWERbreathe in the workout adds a new dimension to your fitness training, increasing your breathing strength and stamina.

CardioCurve Workout:

This is a 30-minute, low impact, medium intensity cardio-conditioning workout, designed to maximise cardio conditioning to improve aerobic fitness, calorie burn and resistance to fatigue. The additional use of POWERbreathe will intensify and maximise your respiratory fitness training. Includes warm up, cool down and techniques sections to ensure an optimal training experience.
