This is a 30-minute, low impact, medium intensity cardio-conditioning workout, designed to maximise cardio conditioning to improve aerobic fitness, calorie burn and resistance to fatigue. The additional use of POWERbreathe will intensify and maximise your respiratory fitness training. Includes warm up, cool down and techniques sections to ensure an optimal training experience.
