So when a sample of this strange looking gadget landed on the editorial desk, which it was claimed will help anyone suffering from asthma, COPD or any other respiratory illness, I knew I was the ideal guineapig...You can feel the effort expanding your lungs and afterwards, instead of feeling exhausted as you might expect, you feel hugely better and breathe more freely...The happy result, I have found, is that I need the blue ‘reliever’ inhaler during the day a lot less, in fact hardly at all... To anyone with a breathing problem I would recommend giving it a try.
