This POWERbreathe Instructional Video will help you to get started on your breathing training of 30 breaths twice a day using your mechanical POWERbreathe model (Classic and Plus series).Jon Trevor, Health and Fitness Broadcaster and Celebrity Trainer, begins by helping you to practice a proper breathing technique by using your diaphragm.

With the help of fitness model Laura, you'll be able to see how your rib cage moves sideways and your abdomen move forward when you inhale and get in touch with your diaphragm.

A demonstration then follows, showing how to use the POWERbreathe inspiratory muscle training device correctly, using the correct method of breathing and posture.
